Dr. Ratlabyane possesses extensive expertise in business development, practice management, and property investment. Having independently established and managed dental practices in both South Africa and the UK, he has demonstrated a profound ability to navigate complex markets, from site acquisition and development to staffing, marketing, and securing National Health Service (NHS) contracts.
In addition to his contributions to the field of dentistry, he is an active property investor and developer, with a focus on revitalizing distressed properties for resale. His long-term vision includes expanding into commercial real estate, large-scale residential developments, and multi-let investments.
Among his most significant professional achievements is his successful transition to the UK, where he adapted to a new healthcare system and independently established thriving dental practices in Birmingham and Glasgow . This experience reinforced his entrepreneurial mindset, providing invaluable insights into business operations, regulatory frameworks, and market adaptability.
Dr. Ratlabyane’s latest venture seeks to empower professionals—beginning with healthcare practitioners and expanding into broader sectors—by fostering business growth and skills development. His commitment to innovation, strategic growth, and professional excellence continues to drive his expanding portfolio of business and investment ventures.
He is the inventor of the Superpreneur Entrepreneurship Game that won multiple awards including the Big Break Legacy, 702 Sageone Awards, Metro FM & G-Unit Innovation Award. His work enjoyed an extensive media profiling including but not limited to E-TV’s Against All Odds, ENCA, Spirit Sundae, Business Day Television, News24, CNBC Africa.
Gift developed and facilitated interventions that reached and impacted over 20 000 entrepreneurs in three continents leaving footprints in countries that include South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Turkey, Singapore and Finland.
